Support Global OEM sales efforts of Mobis ADAS components and features

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop working knowledge of MOBIS' ADAS products to support sales team
  • Maintain understanding of MOBIS product roadmaps and schedules to improve responses to RFQs
  • Present technical briefs to potential customers on MOBIS products
  • Reach out to other MOBIS organizations to get answers to detailed technical questions from sales and customers
  • Ensure the questions and needs of the customers are clearly documented and accurately communicated throughout the organization
  • Document and manage to completion all issues that arise with potential customers
  • Support tradeshows and other sales events

Collaborative Working Relationships

  • Collaborate with regional project leads, management, marketing, sales, customers, strategic partners, and suppliers.

Key Tasks

  • Collaborate with regional product teams to maintain accurate technical knowledge of MOBIS' ADAS products to support sales efforts
  • Support the sales team in responding to RFQs, including conducting technical briefings to potential customers
  • Coordinate and lead meetings & communicate meeting results to ensure alignment of all teams
  • Maintain list of open action items and planned corrective actions to mitigate risks to scope and timing of project deliverables
  • Support operation of multiple groups within MOBIS North America including Sales and Advanced Engineering  

Experience Level

  • 2+ years of ADAS-related application engineering or sales experience required


  • B.S. in engineering, computer science, or related STEM degree required

Additional Experiences

  • Experience supporting ADAS sales teams
  • Experience in production and/or technology platform delivery
  • Marketing experience

  • Strong communication/organization/presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical details of ADAS components/features and accurately convey them to the sales team and potential customers
  • Proactive, excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic understanding and operational mindset
  • Proficient office software knowledge and skills including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Ability to improve communication, collaboration, and relationships between regional project teams, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership
